1. Scope

This policy applies to information handled through the StockBzaar website and its account, contact and educational tools. It does not govern websites or services operated by other organisations, even when a link to them appears here. Those providers explain their own privacy practices in their notices.

2. Information you provide

Account registration and sign-in

If you create an account, the signup form requests your name, email address, mobile number and password. The website sends the email address and password to Supabase Auth for account creation and authentication; your name and mobile number are sent as account profile metadata. Sign-in, password-reset and session functions are also handled through Supabase Auth. StockBzaar’s page code does not store your password in its own local storage.

Contact enquiries

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. Submitting it prepares a draft in your device’s email application addressed to info@stockbzaar.com. The website does not send that email or submit the form to a website database; your email application sends it only if you choose to send the draft. Your email provider may then process and retain it under its own terms.

Technical information

When a page is requested, the website’s hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical request information needed to serve the page, such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested URL and request time. The website code does not specify the hosting provider’s log retention period.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide account registration, sign-in, password recovery and account pages; to prepare a contact email draft; and to respond to enquiries that you choose to send. Technical request information may be used by the relevant delivery infrastructure to provide and maintain the site. We do not describe calculator use or browsing as an application for an investment, insurance or loan product.

4. Browser storage, cookies and calculators

Supabase Auth is configured to persist an authentication session in browser storage so that account access can continue between pages. After a signup response has been verified, the website also stores a browser-local registration marker containing the account ID, email address and registration time. This marker supports the signup prompt and can remain on that browser after sign-out; clearing browser site data removes browser-local information but may also sign you out.

The website code reviewed for this policy does not show an analytics or advertising tag, and does not set a separate analytics cookie. This does not describe cookies or logs that a hosting, authentication or external service may use under its own practices.

Calculator values and educational illustrations are processed in your browser for the on-page estimate. The site code does not submit those entered calculator assumptions as a calculator request to StockBzaar. Do not treat an estimate as a quote or a prediction.

5. Service providers and external links

Account features use Supabase Auth, whose service receives the authentication details described above. The Supabase JavaScript library is loaded from jsDelivr when account features are used. Pages that use Google Fonts may request font files from Google’s font services. These providers may receive technical information necessary to make their services work and process it under their own terms and privacy notices.

Some links leave this website, including links to external account-opening or messaging services. If you follow one, the destination provider’s terms and privacy notice apply to your interaction there. The website code reviewed for this policy does not indicate a Google Sheets form integration or a Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager integration.

StockBzaar does not describe personal information as being sold. Information may be processed by the service providers involved in delivering the features you choose to use, and may otherwise be disclosed where required by law or a valid legal process.

6. Retention and deletion requests

Authentication account information is handled by Supabase; the website does not define a fixed account-data retention period. Browser-local session and signup-marker data remain until they expire, are replaced, or you clear the site data in your browser. Contact messages are not stored by this website’s form; a draft or sent message may remain with your email provider. Technical log retention, if any, is determined by the relevant hosting or delivery provider.

To ask about information associated with your StockBzaar account or to request its deletion, email info@stockbzaar.com from the email address associated with the account and describe your request. Do not include your password or sensitive financial information. Requests involving Supabase-held account data may require action through the authentication provider; a request is not confirmation that deletion has been completed.

7. Security and your choices

Account authentication and session handling are provided through Supabase Auth. No website or internet transmission can be represented as risk-free, and this policy does not promise a particular security certification or measure. Use a unique password, keep access to your email account secure, and sign out on shared devices. You can choose not to use account features, calculators or the contact form.
